Dear folks, I am again in the delightful position to say I got my Certificate from The University of Helsinki in terms of the second cycle of Elements of Artificial Intelligence (AI) course, that is "Building AI"! We got all the qualitative and quantitative foundations in terms of creating AI solutions by having completed course materials and a minimum of 19/21 exam exercises. The required completion material will be accompanied in the future with presenting an entrepreneurial AI idea as well.
One of the state-of-the-art technologies of AI, to bring an example of its power, perhaps one of the most significant is Natural Language Processing (NLP). Explained, by giving quantitative representations to scripts as far as language and words are concerned, we can make calculations, calculate frequencies of words in documents and embark on an entire science that is called computational linguistics and discover e.g. the sentiment behind scripts, meaning the background emotion out of textual content, or expand to keyword areas, likelihoods, etc.
NLP can be the issue of exciting articles in the future, applying to content in social networks hence global information as well. This and many more applications are available to students by The University of Helsinki and I now have to think of how to combine existing AI technology to come up with an AI idea...!
